Paraphilias

Yesterday as we were having a good time with fellows at a local eatery,we noted a weird behavior from one of the customers, which  raised loads of questions about peoples' behaviors in public .

Let me take you through a bit of it.But before that ...have you ever heard of paraphilia???? Okay, Get 
 informed.

Paraphilia is an abnormal sexual behavior or impulse characterized by intense sexual fantasies and urges that keep coming back. The urges and behaviors may involve unusual objects, activities, or situations that are not usually considered sexually arousing by others. 

Often, a  paraphilia may be necessary for the person who has it to function sexually, despite the fact it may also be a source of significant distress. Paraphilias can lead to  personal, social, and career problems, and a person with a paraphilia may be called "kinky" or "perverted." The associated behaviors may also have serious social and legal consequences and thus  related to personality Disorder
So, from the guy's behavior, clearly something was up...He was targeting  groups of girls, sit next to them as they chat and laugh,all the while guy was busy "feeding his fetish". This is not only uncomfortable but also legally unacceptable.
